Which input formats are supported?
Anything your browser can decode: MP3, WAV, AAC/M4A, OGG and FLAC work in all major browsers. If a file cannot be decoded, the tool will let you know.
Will quality get worse after conversion?
Converting to a lossy format (MP3 or Opus) always trades a little quality for size. Choose WAV to keep lossless quality, or use a higher bitrate for lossy output.
Why is the Opus option greyed out?
Opus encoding relies on WebCodecs, which some browsers (like older Safari versions) do not support. In that case choose M4A (AAC) instead — it works in every modern browser.
Are my files uploaded?
